By accessing and using ChinaFace AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ChinaFace AI provides an AI-powered portrait generation service that creates professional-quality images based on user prompts and uploaded photos. The service includes:

• AI portrait generation with customizable parameters
• Multiple subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Pro)
• Credit-based usage system
• Image history and management

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

Free Plan: Limited features with basic AI generation

Basic Plan ($9.99/month): Enhanced features and 5 adjustable parameters

Pro Plan ($29.99/month): Full access to all 19 parameters and priority processing

Credits are consumed per generation. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment and Refunds

• All fees are in USD and charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload images you don't have rights to use
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Use the service for harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute generated images without proper licensing

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your uploads to generate portraits.

Generated Content: You receive commercial usage rights to AI-generated portraits created through your account, subject to these Terms.

Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our AI technology, remain with ChinaFace AI.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Implement usage limits to ensure fair access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChinaFace AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
